Loopi provides free, open source visual browser automation software licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0).

4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Loopi to:

- Generate spam or conduct phishing attacks
- Distribute malware or harmful code

Except for the Open Source Edition (which is licensed under MPL-2.0), all rights, title, and interest in Loopi, including all intellectual property rights, belong to Loopi and its licensors.

Loopi may integrate with third-party services and websites. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Loopi shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Loopi may be subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations in your use of the software.
